Founder
Jacquelyn Carter is the Founder and President of the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS) and the Inventor of Not Reaching. Jacquelyn has an Associate of Arts Degree in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master of Science Degree in Legal Studies, and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice. She also serves on the Community Advisory Board in Alexandria. Jacquelyn is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia.

Wayne Carter serves on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS) and is the Director of Training and Education. Wayne has partnered with law enforcement officers to train communities (teen drivers) on safe traffic stops procedures, including de-escalation techniques for traffic stop safety. Wayne is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia.

Valerie Castile is the CEO and President of the Philando Castile Relief Foundation. Valerie relocated to Minnesota in 1987 to provide a better life for her then only child, Philando. Her beloved son was murdered by a police officer in July 2016 in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Since then, Valerie Castile has dedicated herself to helping families who have lost a loved one by gun violence; she founded the Philando Castile Relief Foundation (PCRF) in honor of her son. Valerie’s goals include working collectively to decrease the unnecessary loss of life by any person or police, to increase awareness of the hurt and trauma received as a mother, and to create the narrative that All Lives Matter. She also guides the PCRF in reducing students' negative lunch balances throughout Minnesota school districts, is in honor of Philando's work as a cafeteria supervisor. Philando often paid for students' lunches out of his own pocket if they didn't have enough money. In June 2019, Valerie joined Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar and Senator Tina Smith in introducing the No Shame At School Act, legislation which prohibits schools from shaming children who are unable to pay for their school lunch. Valerie is the main catalyst of the Philando Castile Omnibus Bill (HF784) that was recently introduced in the Minnesota House of Representatives to end systemic racism in Minnesota and help stabilize Minnesota’s African American families and communities.

Anuj Kommareddy is the co-founder of Organize (organizeapp.org), the world's first-ever non-profit website to collaborate with others in your community to hold police officers accountable for their actions. Prior to Organize, Anuj was a senior leader at Uber Technologies as well as an angel investor in early-stage technology companies. Anuj was born and raised in Los Angeles.

Sean Michael Lojacono is from Washington, DC. He graduated from Gonzaga College High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland. Sean was employed as a police officer for Metropolitan Police Department from 2014-2019.

Jonathan Parham is is a career law enforcement officer with nearly 30 years of experience; with 25 of those years being served with the Linden Police Department, where he retired as Chief of Police; the first African American to hold that position. Following his retirement from the Linden Police Department, Jonathan served as Administrative Undersheriff with the Union County Sheriff’s Office where he provided oversight for the Internal Affairs Unit, the Professional Standards Unit, and the Legal Process Unit. Parham also served as the Director of County-Wide Police Policy, Planning and Training with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office where he worked with the Office of the Attorney General’s Use of Force Working Group revising the Use Of Force Attorney General Directive. Parham is currently the Police Director for the Rahway Police Department. Parham holds a Master of Administrative Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a graduate of the West Point Command and Leadership school and holds a certificate in Public Safety Liability and Mitigation from Richard Stockton University. Parham is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager program at Rutgers University, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Union County College in Cranford, NJ.

Aajonna St. John serves as an honorary Board Member. Currently in her senior year of high school, Aajonna is enthusiastic about her post-secondary education and service to her community. She is an honor student who works full-time in the service industry and has been instrumental in bridging the gap with the Gen Z generation and educating them on traffic stop safety. Aajonna resides in St. Louis, Missouri.

Aaron Thompson is a stand-up comedian who happens to be a former Los Angeles Police Officer. His passion for entertaining is brought to the stage, along with his former occupation and calling to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community with laughter. Aaron serves as a consultant on movie and television sets due to his law enforcement expertise. As a former police officer, Aaron gives his heart to the community he served by coaching youth basketball and developing relationships in the community of Watts, California and beyond the badge. In addition, Aaron uses his Bachelor’s degree in English to tutor students. Aaron is currently an opening act for Katt Williams 100-City World War 3 Tour.

Andrew Thompson is is the founder Hayagrivar Cloud LLC, a cloud development company and is a senior consultant for the Securities Exchange Commission. Andrew sits on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS). Andrew has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer information Systems, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master’s in Computer Information Systems. He resides in Alexandria, VA.
